Swissôtel Living Bodrum

Staff are so friendly and welcoming, breakfast buffet is delicious, also had lunch at moi vao which also great. The quiet pool was the highlight of our trip. We booked a two bedroom sea view suite which was spacious and had a maid’s room too.

The gym really needs an upgrade

Spectacular views with a wonderful location. We were particularly impressed with the customer relation team and specifically Ozcan who went above and beyond to look after us. He always had excellent recommendations and kindly booked very good restaurants for us.

Beach bar is over priced.

The hotel was AMAZING!!! The location, beach, staff incredible!!! People are on the reception beyond expectations!!! Especially Ozcan, Emrah, Dinara, and Tekin !!!! Thank you very much 😊 In all my travels, I never received services like they provided !!! I will return most definitely into this hotel!!!! SUPER RECOMMEND!!!

The Greek restaurant on the property. We eaten there 3 times and 3 times it's was bad:( food not fresh and half of the things in the menu they did not have. Not recommended!

The front office staff were amazing, Dina, Fatih, Teken and one another tall guy they were trying to help. Also they have nice views.

I had to upgrade the room twice to find a decent room to their finest suite and still, the A/C was terribly noisy, bathroom water going out everywhere, disgusting smell all day long inside our room, I had to call everyday few times to get water, tissues, coffee from room service! The beer inside our fridge was expired, all the bottles actually! Kitchen furniture was broken, even the balcony alumetal was broken as well. Facilities are old, we couldn’t use the basketball court, the swimming pool didn’t have any service, hardly anyone speaks English. Breakfast was very bad and food was tasteless and all staff made us feel they are doing us a favour by serving us. Bathrooms at the beach and pool were never clean

Some rooms are underground with not much light but the staff were accommodating and changed our rooms as there was availability
