The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. From arrival to room escort, their warm hospitality stood out.

The property is outdated in design and condition — golf cart transportation is needed even for basic facilities (restaurant, pool, beach). The room had an unpleasant odor and the carpet was poorly maintained. Upon checkout, I was asked by the hotel manager to provide only positive feedback through a written form. When I chose to give my honest opinion, I received a verbal warning that posting a negative review online could result in legal action — which I found highly unprofessional and not reflective of Accor’s hospitality values.

Wow. What a stunning hotel. Very aesthetic and relaxing. Lots of wow moments. Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

The restaurant prices were slightly unreasonable. Some teething issues with service efficiency but did not really affect our stay.

The sea view was wonderful and the patio was spacious. Access to buggies to take us between parts of the hotels was immediate and without delay. The breakfast was fresh with an omelette station and gluten free / vegan options. Service was overall great. Free parking.

The availability of taxis in Bodrum in general. So we rented a car which was a great decision, at least during this part of the year (just before summer season started) as parking around town was not an al issue.
