The hotel in Bursa was beautiful, and I would especially like to thank Amer, who was excellent. He upgraded my room, was very helpful and friendly, and convinced me to add both breakfast and dinner to my stay. However, I was surprised that the dinner was quite expensive, and unfortunately there was no buffet — only à la carte options from the menu. That said, overall the hotel was very nice and I would still rate it 9.2/10. The only reasons I slightly lowered my rating were the weak internet connection and the fact that the dinner did not feel worth its price. A side from that, everything else was lovely.

Clean, beautiful, comfortable and great location

I felt unwelcome by The staff, and in the checkout the valet lost my key or they acting like they lost it, my card details was stolen. Felt unsafe. This is the first time i write because i felt unsafe about.
