Facilities were amazing and the staff were very kind and professional. The hotel itself is beautiful and everything was clean and well organized. Unfortunately, the food quality was very disappointing. The dinner, especially the lamb dish, was a disaster and far below what I expected in Turkey, a country known for great food. Breakfast had many options but the quality was poor. Honestly, breakfast outside the hotel was 100% better. Because of the food, I would not recommend the dining experience here.

"A Friendly Stay"

It’s my 2nd time and I love it and the reception team is quite friendly and the concierge is also friendly, make your stay comfortable and assists you if needed, thank you very much for your kindness my dears. The hotel is honestly incredible and the location is my favorite, rooms are also spacious which is very comfy.

Everything was fantastic, the balcony view, the spa was great, the snowy forest, the trekking paths, a true peaceful nature escape. It is quiet and the staff were lovely. Free shuttle to and from the ski resort made my mind at ease and we could go skiing without a problem.

One big minus - the food prices. The buffet prices are higher than anywhere in Europe! Approx 32 euros per person for breakfast buffet???! And so much higher for dinner. The room service food was ok price, BUT it was very average taste for dinner menu, not at all 5 star. therefore this is the only category where it's lacking.

Our stay at Swissotel Uludağ was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The location is breathtaking, offering stunning views of the mountains and perfect access to the slopes. The rooms are beautifully designed, incredibly cozy, and spotlessly clean. After a long day in the snow, the spa facilities were a lifesaver—truly a 5-star relaxation experience. The food was also exceptional, with a great variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful winter escape. Our beloved GM is an amazing person made us feel like we were home. The chalet and the fondue was unreal. My wif and daughter had the time of their life. We will definitely come back even in summer.
