Extremely disappointing stay. The room was nothing special, absolutely not what you expect from a 5-star hotel charging premium prices. The spa was ridiculous: far too small, very few loungers, and no space at all — we literally had to leave because there wasn’t even room to put our towels down. The pool was not warm enough, and moving from the indoor area to the outdoor part was unbearable. Getting out of the water in freezing temperatures seriously felt like risking hypothermia. Completely unacceptable. The buffet was on the level of a 3-star hotel at best, with very limited quality and selection. Breakfast was another joke: we were told it was available until 11:30, arrived at 11:00, and were practically rushed out, with staff being unhelpful and clearly annoyed. I cannot accept this kind of experience from a hotel that claims to be 5-star and charges such high prices. Expectations were very high and not met in any way. I would not return even at half the price. Overall: a very poor experience.

"Wonderful stay"

Such a wow hotel. The lobby is spacious and nice. It was snowing when we arrived. The hotel staffs are all friendly. Bell and concierge Ali is fantastic with his friendly and helpfulness. Thanks for the anniversary cake. It was a wonderful stay overall.
