"Wonderful Experience!!!"

It was really good experience for me. I’ve stayed with my friend for 3 nights. In the hotel there is one indoor pool and next to this one outdoor pool which is heated. Also there is ski slope in the hotel area. If you want to go to ski area they have free shutke service as well. All staffs are smiling and really helpfull. They provided me room upgrade so this increwsed my holiday experience. Chalet restaurant’s concept and menu is really good. If you do not want to eat a la carte you can choose quarter restaurant that have open buffet. There is no alcohol service in the hotel. If you like to drink, you should bring it with yourself.

ITS A NEW HOTEL AND FACILITIES ARE AMAZING

THE SERVICE IS LAGGING BEHIND .. THEY DO NOT HAVE PROPER HOUSE KEEPING WHICH YOU WOULD EXPECT IF YOU PAY SUCH A HIGH PRICE ALSO I FELT THERE IS NO PRICE CONSISTENCY .. I WAS QUOTED A COUPLE OF TIMES A DIFFERENT PRICE BY THE HEAD CONCIERGE DESK AND THEN WHEN NEGOTIATED PRICES CHANGED WHICH I WOULNT EXPECT WITH SWISSOTEL ... THEY INITIALLY QUOTED ME A SHIPPING CHARGE OF USD 250 FOR A PARCEL TO BE SENT TO ISTANNBUL WHEN I SAID I DONT NEED IT THE SAME WAS FINALLY SENT FOR USD 90 ... THIS TO ME WAS VERY SHOCIKING !! ALSO THE BREAKFAST MENU AND THE BUFFET JUST DOESNT CHANGE THEY NEED TO CHANGE AND ADD MORE OPTIONS CATERING TO THEIR GUESTS

كل شي جميل

المطعم يحتاج الى تطوير لانه محدود جداً خصوصاً المكان بعيد عن السنتر نضطر ان ناكل اكل عادي لا يرضي جميع الاذواق لان اصناف محدوده اما الباقي كل شي رائع

الاوتيل راقي وفخم ونظيف والديكور حلو .. اللوبي جلساته حلوه وفيه كوفي ومطعم موجود مساحات برا للتزلج ومطعم ممتاز للي يبحث عن الهدوء والريلاكس

صراحه ماحبيت عملية التشيك ان مابلغوني عن أي شي من مرافق وفعاليات الاوتيل مادرينا أن فيه كيدز كلوب وفعاليات الا اخر يوم ومادرينا أن فيه سوبرماركت ولا أن فيه باص ينقلك للقمه مجانا .. كل هالأشياء عرفتها بالصدفه آخر يوم لي .. الفطور سيء جدا واعتبره أسوأ فطور مر علي لاوتيل بهالمستوى ..
