Had a very comfortable stay, the staff were lovely, kind and very helpful, easy to navigate the area

Ночью температура 12-14°, огромные теплые одеяла, но зачем-то включали отопление. Пришлось открывать окно и перекрывать отопление. После посещения шаров, вернулись в отель, но не было электричества. Ни телефон зарядить, ни душ принять(((

Arrived early morning after a late flight. Staff was present. This was at 2 AM! The location of the place was a short 10-minute ride to Goreme and the manager arranged a shuttle to the airport for us (decently priced). One day he personally took us to two sites, a former prison and a church that was built into the side of a mountain. He did not want to accept any payment for this, though we insisted. Great guy. Staff was key. Room was clean and nice. We were given the terrace view where we could see the hot air balloons flying from Goreme.

Nos tocó la 4 planta, no tiene ascensor pero las escaleras son anchas. En esa planta había una terraza. Habitación con baño, buen tamaño y limpio En la planta principañ Cocina común limpia, café y té gratis. El recepcionista muy amable. Estancia limpia, al lado del castillo, súper cerca y locales de comida.

Un 4° piso sin ascensor 😅

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and always went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and satisfied. There is also a very nice kitchen with free coffee, tea, sugar, and powdered milk, and it was possible to heat up or cook meals there, which I really appreciated. The staff showed excellent understanding of my needs and provided outstanding service throughout my stay. I truly recommend this place!
