Gümüş Hotel

The manager was friendly and helpful despite not understanding/talking much English, and accommodated us with a bigger room when there was a mess-up with our booking (a Booking.com error) and even helped us with laundry.

The hotel is on a very noisy street, it was difficult to sleep. It is a bit tricky to get from Ortahisar to the main towns (Göreme, Ürgüp and Nevşehir) and there’s not much to do/ see in Ortahisar itself. The hot water was not really hot.

Miła obsługa. Stosunek jakości do ceny. Dostępna kuchnia z jadalnią.

Accueil, écoute, disponibilité. Chambre calme et spacieuse.Emplacement agréable, terrasse exceptionnelle.

Belle grande chambre très calme. La ville de Ortahisar est beaucoup plus tranquille et authentique que celle de Goreme. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Très belle terrasse pour prendre l'apéro.

Le wifi ne fonctionne pas très bien. L'eau chaude n'est pas très chaude. Odeur de cigarette.

J'ai passé deux semaines à Gümüş Hotel où j'ai reçu un accueil chaleureux :-)) La vue depuis le toit-terrasse (où il y a des chambres) sur le volcan Erciyes et les formations rupestres (où l'on peut se promener depuis l'hôtel !) est fabuleuse :-) J'ai même vu des montgolfières passer devant ma fenêtre !!! Thé et café sont à la disposition des clients près de l'accueil dont les canapés sont très confortables... Encore merci à Fikret pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse :-))
