الغرفة لا تستحق المال المدفوع من أجلها 50 يورو تقريبا تجد في فنادق أخرى خيارات افضل

Nothing good, staff very rude and there’s no electricity on the hotel and they have generators which very noisy and 4 times the electricity stopped on the morning and night , and they don’t want give paper ( receipt or invoice ) because there’s no electricity power Room not clean and the room and toilet have a cockroach and they know about it and you need to call them to clean the room ,, I make a complain to booking and asked for full refund When I told them they said we will call the police and they call the police for me and they threatened me for blocking me from travel ( which’s very funny ) and when the police come they agreed that’s there’s no poser electricity and they done discount for me But I’m still have my complaint and will get them pay me back Very bad experience unfortunately

No electricity power No cleaning service for the room unless you call them and always they do at night Toilet have cockroach and room as well I have video and photos Note : the video can’t upload but happy to send to the booking customer service

Настаниха ни в мазето . Тоалетната чиния течеше и газехме в локва вода.
