La Porte de la chambre ne ferme pas. La cuvette de wc est défectueuse

I liked staff behavior, they are respectful and warm. The bed itself was also comfortable, the air conditioning was good and i felt comfortable during sleep.

The chairs were dirty, old, and damaged, obviously not suitable to sit. The other stuff in the room were also not clean except bed. The toilet was dirty, the corners of shower box was also not clean, materials were rusty, old, and not suitable at all. I decided not to take shower tbh. The room walls were super thin, my neighbor was a couple. Their private & sensational activities (sounds) were clear and bothering during my sleep. The refrigerator was empty, they left like 4 small cube waters on the table. They could put at least one or two in the refrigerator. The weather was hot and I thought I can find cold water but this failed too. Everywhere I looked was not clean, rusty, old, including hallways, elevator, windows, etc. only their lobby looks clean and polished.

The location was excellent. Everything available near by

No soundproof,other rooms sounds disturbing, Breakfast needed to improve, very less choices, and no menu changed.

Elevator was not working. had to go up to 4th floor wiht lagaguage. No support from the receptionist Shower had only hot water !!. Almost burned myself

Location

I booked a room with one king bed and one single bed, but when I arrived late at night, I was surprised to be given a much smaller room with only one king bed and no extra single bed. The receptionist admitted it was their mistake and said there were no other rooms available. After insisting, they finally brought me an extra bed. All the staff were polite, but not professional, and they handled the situation very casually. Cleanliness was also disappointing, especially if you are used to hotel standards in places like Dubai.
