CARRA KONAĞI

Das Personal mit Yusuf, İsmail und Zeyn waren hervorragend. Als Vielreisender habe ich so ein nettes, freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal selten gesehen! Das Frühstück war mega! Unser Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen. Unser Zimmer war etwas klein, aber gemütlich.

Wir sind mit eigenem Fahrzeug angereisr. Das Parken vor dem Hotel ist nicht möglich, weil die Gassen sehr eng sind. Zum Parken gab es 300 m vom Hotel entfernt ein Parkhaus.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mardin ziyaretimizde 3 arkadaş olarak Carra Konağı'nda konakladık ve harika bir deneyim yaşadık. Otelin eşsiz manzarası, tarihi atmosferi ve özellikle terasında Mardin'i seyrederek yaptığımız kahvaltı unutulmazdı. Başta Yusuf Bey olmak üzere tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz. Yusuf Bey'in özenle hazırladığı kahve hem lezzeti hem de sunumuyla çok güzeldi. İsmail Bey'in samimiyeti, ilgisi ve keyifli sohbeti ise kendimizi bir otelde değil de evimizde misafir olmuş gibi hissetmemizi sağladı. Güler yüzlü hizmeti, huzurlu ortamı ve muhteşem Mardin manzarasıyla Carra Konağı'nı gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyoruz. Tekrar Mardin'e geldiğimizde tercih edeceğimiz ilk adres olacak. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Personnel très gentil. Ils sont venus nous chercher à l’arrêt de la navette aeroport et nous ont raccompagnés. Bon petit déjeuner . Chambres agréables et bon lits .

Les toilettes cassées de ma chambre mais qu’ils ont réparé .

very good location，位置很好，走路去哪里都很方便。有两个房间很大，2-3人都能住的很舒服。楼顶早餐风景很好。The view from the rooftop is lovely

Очень удобное месторасположение недалеко от главной улицы. Сервисный персонал. Исмаил - очень помогал в вопросах такси. Заселил нас раньше положенного времени, а потом переселил нас в более просторный номер. Откликался на все просьбы и старался сделать наш отдых максимально комфортным. Классные турецкие завтраки. Интерьер аутентичный, в духе города. Есть терраса с потрясающим видом. Классный кондиционер, который справлялся с сильной жарой.

Небольшие проблемы с сантехникой, но это не критично.

Śniadanie było bardzo dobre , podawane na tarasie z widokiem na równinę . Lokalizacja doskonała . Taksówka podjeżdżała pod hotel , blisko do wszystkich atrakcji miasta . To jest bardzo ważne , gdyż do wielu innych hoteli trzeba iść dość wysoko , po stromych schodach. Czysto . Personel uprzejmy i pomocny . Kiedy przychodziliśmy do hotelu po zwiedzaniu miasta , proponowano nam kawę lub herbatę .

Byłoby dobrze postawić parasole przeciwsłoneczne na tarasie śniadaniowym . Podczas śniadania słońce grzało za mocno . Może to wynika z mojej szczególnej wrażliwości na słońce .

When traveling through Turkey, first you like are people. The same is here at Carra Conaği. They are fun and helpful. But Carra has more -- the building is very charming in the middle of the old city Mardin. Interior is authentic and unique. Having breakfast or tee at the terrace is breathtaking. Breakfast was amazing. Pure joy.

Since this is authentic old building, one may feel there is not enough space in the corridors, rooms and other spaces. The room we had doesn't have a window with sky view, but wouldn't consider this as a real disadvantage.

Carra Konagi is in a great location in the centre of the old town, in a back street five minutes walk from Cumhuriyet Square. The host Ismail is very hospitable and will do all he can to make you comfortable. Our large double room (Mir 301) was exceptional with three arched windows, the end one looking out over the plain. There was a comfy cushioned area on the floor. It’s worth paying extra for a deluxe room, the other rooms are quite small and cramped. There’s a rooftop terrace with great views - superb for a beer in the evening. And breakfast is delicious with a huge variety of dishes, many home made. Really delicious.

Nothing to dislike, except the deluxe rooms are substantially better.
