İç mimarisi, dizaynı çok hoşuma gitti. Güzel bir otel. Kahvaltı daha doyurucu olabilirdi.

Konaklamam gayet rahattı tek problemim diğer odalardan gelen gürültünün fazla olmasıydı.

Otelde otoparkın olmaması özel aracıyla gelen misafirler için park yeri açısından büyük sorun yaratmaktadır. Onun dışında geri kalan her şey çok güzeldi teşekkür ediyoruz.

One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The air conditioning DOES NOT WORK..it’s been 103, 104, and 105 degrees in Izmir and the room is unbearably hot. The staff didn’t do anything to fix it. We booked our room through Expedia and the staff tried to tell us that we would have to contact Expedia for solution which makes zero sense. Expedia is a third party booking site and not affiliated with the hotel. We use this service all the time and I’ve never had a hotel tell me that to resolve a problem at their hotel we would have to call the booking site. Once you arrive at the hotel you are a guest of the hotel and they should handle all issues during your stay. The customer service is non existent. Also, the hotel does not have fans to help with the lack of air conditioning. No one cleaned our room during our stay. They don’t have washcloths and when I ask for them was told I could buy them down the street at the market. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel as there are better options in the area.

eşimle 3 gece konakladık. konumu ve fiyatı nedeniyle tercih ettik. fiziksel şartları iyi olsada temizlik yönünden zayıf bi oteldi. güzel bi restoranı var fakat akşam etkinlik nedeniyle gürültü oluşuyor malesef işimize odaklanmakta ve uykuya dalmakta biraz zorlandık. otoparkı yok fakat sokak aralarında biraz uzağa da park etseniz yer bulunabiliyor. odaya girdiğimizde çöp alınmamış su bırakılmamıştı. bu da haliyle başka ne eksik yapılmış sorusunu beraberinde getirdi. kattle kullanılabilir durumda değildi.

Odamız fotoğraflarla birebir uyuyordu. Personel kibar ve ilgiliydi. Sadece oda içi değil ortak alanlarda da dizayn harikaydı. Konum da tam beklentimizi karşıladı. Havlularımız, çarşaflarımız ve genel olarak odamız tertemizdi yalnızca klozette çok az leke vardı sadece bu konuda dikkat edilebilir. Geri kalan her şey on üzerinden ondu.

Çok pisti. Temizlik yoktu. Jakuzili oda tutmuştuk. Zeka küpü biri jakuziden sıçrayan sular kurusun oda koku yapmasın diye camı kapanmayacak şekilde ayarlamış. Hasta oldum gece soğundan
