Vasat bir konaklama cok labirent gibi bir otel sabah bahcesinde bir kahve icelim dedik koltuklar islak oturulmuyor . Amerikano istedik bamnaska icilemiyecek kotu bir kahve geldi . Bilmiyorsaniz yok deyin daha iyi. Ilk giristeki gorevli arkadas cok laubali davrandi. Sabah 2 hanim vardi cikista onlar guler yuzlu ve tatlilardi. Konum olarakta cok ters

2 gün kaldığımız odada oda temizliği yapılmasına rağmen kirli çarşaflar düzenlenip vasat bir temizlik yapıldı. Oda hizmeti kötü. 1 su için 4 kez aranmasına rağmen yardımcı olunmadı. Jakuzi arızalıydı. Süit olmasına rağmen klozet kapağı bile kırıktı.

there was a mix up after check in where the receptionist gave us the wrong door key resulting in us walking into an occupied room - very uncomfortable! then after changing rooms we were given a twin when we had booked a double. 3rd time lucky we got a room but unfortunately the drains left an awful smell in the room (we didnt complain because by this time we were very tired). the carpets need a very good clean, they were very stained. staff were lovely, bed very comfortable and breakfast was nice. decor was very nice, particuarly loved the courtyard.

Review: During my recent stay at the hotel, I encountered significant challenges that impacted the overall quality of my experience. Primarily, the noise level within the premises was disruptive, preventing me from getting adequate rest. Despite attempts to address the issue with the staff, the situation persisted unabated, with loud conversations and phone calls persisting on the floor. Furthermore, the lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance detracted from the comfort of the accommodations. Dirty towels, broken shower taps, and the absence of hangers in the bathroom were notable shortcomings that should have been addressed promptly to uphold basic standards of hospitality. Additionally, the chaotic surroundings of the hotel, coupled with the absence of adequate parking facilities, contributed to a sense of inconvenience and disorganization. These factors collectively diminished the overall satisfaction with my stay and detracted from the value proposition of the establishment. In summary, improvements in noise control, cleanliness, maintenance, and facility management are essential for enhancing the guest experience and ensuring the reputation of the hotel remains favorable.

The hotel was recently renovated and is brand new. My room was huge, the bathroom was also large, with heated floors, as well as a beautiful hot tub in the room. We ordered breakfast in the room and it was good too. My experience was great!!
