Clean room and friendly staff

Ideal place for stayover between flights. Transfer instructions were easy and clear. And transfer was well organized. Room was nice and clear. Overall very satisfied. Will definitely return!

It was my first time to stay in this hotel....the transfer from the airport was very clear and fast...it takes only 12-15 minutes going to the hotel The driver in the shuttle gave the greeting bottle of water to everybody in the shuttle....the receptionist Baki was so nice and pollied...at the table in the room were free cookies, cakes, crackers, juce and water , tea and coffee like a comliment from the hotel....the room is small but very clean and all facilities worked right Beside the hotel are 3-5 small restaurants and the fruit market shop....very good people work in the hotel...very nice location... and very good hotel... Thank you team of Dem Premium Hotel...you made my stopover

Very reasonable hotel stay near the airport - take advantage of the shuttle service which was 35E for return transportation and they make it very easy of pickup from the airport

It was excellent, as advertised. Nice airport shuttle, plenty of places to eat around the hotel. If you want a hotel close to the airport, this would be a great choice.

Well organized airport pick up and drop off, good customer service, with some snacks and water bottles and security lockers.

Very tiny

Booked this hotel for my mother for her overnight transfer in Istanbul. It was helpful that the staff spoke Russian as my mother doesn't speak English. I booked round trip airport transfers along with the room. The transfer service was great. The room was clean and the check in was easy. Highly recommend.

Удобный отель недалеко от аэропорта. Очень хороший трансфер из и обратно аэропорта. Вежливый персонал, готовый помочь. Несколько человек говорит по русски. Есть возможность организовать поездку в центр Стамбула с утра и до вечера. Оценка персонала отличная. Вай-фай в отеле бесплатно. Также чай и кофе в любое время бесплатно.

Beds are clean and comfortable, food is one of the best Turkish delights… would definitely bring my family back 😃
