Nice cozy hotel

Good quality standard hotel accommodations not too far from the airport. Comfortable and clean. Ideal for layovers. The shuttle service is excellent - large comfortable vehicle, friendly service - including in the middle of the night.

Convenient to the airport and very accommodating for our transportation to the airport at 3am for flight.

The staffs are concerned, quick and flexible.I love how they care about my mother when her flight canceled.

Close to airport and theres shuttle with a fair price

The hotel is okay for a quick overnight stay near Istanbul Airport, but not ideal for a longer visit. The room was very small—barely enough space to move around—but the bathroom and shower were surprisingly great. The area itself is pretty dull, though there’s a 24/7 market just outside the hotel, which is convenient for grabbing water, fruits, or snacks. Overall, it does the job for a short stopover.

The hotel staffs were accommodative and airport ride instruction was efficient , the driver was nice !

Friendly staff, beautiful building, clean rooms, transfer works regardless of the time, high organization. If you are hungry, you can order food to your room, although within walking distance there are restaurants, shops, and even salons where you can get your hair done and beauty services. Beautiful place. The rooms are well insulated. You can really have a good rest there after the flight. I would especially like to mention the restaurant at the front of the hotel. Excellent fast service, delicious food: kebab, shashlik, meatballs, great tea and lavash, which remained fresh throughout our stay. Be sure to visit this restaurant. You will be greeted by friendly staff. I especially remember Marina, who speaks several languages, which helped us a lot. She perfectly organized our arrival and stay at the hotel. She was always in touch and, having arrived in an unfamiliar country, thanks to her we would feel confident. Thank you all.

We wanted something close to the Istanbul airport as we were arriving late in the evening and flying out to Cappadocia the next morning. The DEM Premium Hotel worked perfectly for us. There are lots of places to eat around the hotel but, after travelling from Western Canada, we were exhausted. The staff were incredible … so kind and helpful! They even made us a fruit platter and brought it to our room at no charge. The room was quiet and clean, though the shower did leak a bit. Breakfast was delicious! The staff members were the highlight of our stay … you will not finder nicer or more helpful people anywhere! They all went over and above in every way!
