Friendly staff, nice rooms, decent location

The air-conditioning wasn't working, the breakfast options we limited, cleaning seems to only be done if requested and this isn't really communicated to you on arrival. No one is manning their emails or bookings.com messages

"Great view, breakfast buffet, and gym/pool"

Room was clean, view was great, staff was professional, breakfast buffet was wholesome, and gym/pool was great. It’s just a little far from the central area or tourist attractions, but worth the price.

A little far from tourist spots and dinner was a bit expensive for a solo traveler.

New, beautiful hotel. Everything is modern. Many thanks to Bekir at the reception! Very helpful and nice, he was very kind with all the details around our stay. Girls in the restaurant were also very nice and helpful!

More options of food at the breakfast (pancakes, omelets). They should hang some hooks for towels and bathrobes near the sauna and hammam rooms. Were surprised that some facilities (for example, to light a fire in the garden area - were for extra money. In other hotels it is for free)

Our experience at Alden Hotel Cappadocia was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel itself is beautifully designed — blending modern luxury with authentic charm — and offers breathtaking views over Cappadocia’s valleys and mountains. Every morning and evening felt like a dream with those panoramic scenes. The hospitality was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh, local dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Merve from Guest Relations, who truly made this trip unforgettable. With only two weeks' notice, she helped me plan the perfect proposal — taking care of every detail with such care and professionalism. From organising a relaxing spa treatment, arranging a stunning vintage car tour that ended with a beautifully designed sunset proposal at Love Valley, followed by a private dinner on our room terrace, and a romantic room setup — everything was flawless. Merve's dedication and creativity turned a vision into reality. Thank you Merve! This was an amazing experience that we will cherish forever, and we would love to return again insha’Allah. Thank you to everyone at Alden Hotel for making our stay so special!
