Alden Hotel Cappadocia

Otel oldukça konforlu ve temizdi. Mimarisine büyük bir özen gösterildiği her detayda hissediliyordu. Güvenlik konusunda da hassasiyetle düşünülmüş; özellikle yangına müdahale dolaplarının dikkatlice yerleştirilmiş olması güven vericiydi. Spa bölümü aileler için son derece uygun ve keyifliydi. Misafirperverlik ise gerçekten olağanüstüydü, kendimizi çok özel hissettik. Baştan sona huzur dolu ve kusursuz bir konaklama deneyimi sundular

Nice new property in Urgup. Overall the hotel was clean, new and kept up very well. Although we didn't make full use of the facilities during our stay, I did have a look around and observed excellent gym, pool and spa facilities. There is also a dedicated yoga room and karaoke room for use by the visitors. The staff at the hotel were great. The check-in process was smooth and they accommodated our early check-in and late check-out requests without any extra charge. They are also knowledgeable about local tour and transport options in the area, which was helpful as this was our first visit to the area. Food-wise, the menu offers a good selection of food from various cuisines. The breakfast is also excellent, offering a platter of cheese, fruits and pastries, on top of a select choice of eggs and sausages etc. as additional cooked options. The rooms are new and clean. We stayed in the Premier Room with Cappadocia view and can say that it is worth it.

Location wise, it is a bit further away from the main attractions of Cappadocia, which are mostly located in and around the Goreme area (20 min car ride away). This didn't bother us too much though as most tours we booked offered pick-up services from the hotel. Unlike most of the properties in Goreme, this hotel is located a bit further away from the town of Urgup, which meant that the only way to reach the town and alternative dining options is to take a taxi to/from the hotel. As long as you are comfortable with doing that, there are no other downsides to this property.

Beautiful hotel but be careful using their spa facility very slippery

Konaklamamız boyunca otel personelinin misafirperverliği çok güzeldi. Her konuda güler yüzlüydüler. Tek sorunumuz odamızın -1. Katta olmasıydı. Rezervasyon sırasında da bu bilgi bizimle, Hotels.com ya da Alden Hotel tarafından paylaşılmadı. Paylaşılsaydı ona göre tercihimizi değiştirebilirdik. 29 Ekim haftası gittiğimiz için yoğunluktan oda değişikliği yapılamadı. Check out sırasında durumu belirttik ve resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar bir sonraki konaklamamız da üst katlardan oda verileceği notunu düştüler. Bunun dışında herşey çok güzeldi. Kesinlikle tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Excellent, pristine facilities - very beautiful grounds and also very new. the space was inspiring and I felt very lucky to be staying there

Most of the staff are excellent but some were lacking the attentiveness I'd expect at a 5 star hotel. have provided the feedback directly and this was well received which is good. Restaurant food was ok (convenient) but can probably get much better in the main town. You also will need to do a tour/get a taxi to see hot air balloons up close - this was something I hadn't realised, so worth noting. overall I did still enjoy my stay
