Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Shuttle to and from the airport and Mall of America, making shopping very convenient.

Some vehicles were broken into during our visit. Fortunately ours was not bothered, but it was still a bit unnerving.

Rooms need a upgrade. Staff was great but it was the dirtiest hotel we stayes at in our 2 weeks across the States.

We had 3 rooms for our family. Two of them were acceptable. The third room smelled of smoke, light switches did not work. The door was broken so slammed shut everytime you opened it. We paid extra to park 2 cars and use the airport shuttle. On our return trip we waited over an hour to get picked up. We had to call 4 times to get our Scheduled pickup on the return of our trip.

The room was spacious and clean however the safe in the room was not working. The drains were clogged. Me and my family went to the pool & we were told they ran out of towels so we had to walk to the room drenched. The customer service here could’ve been a lot better. It was just ok here. Good for a weekend only nothing more

I was not aware when I booked the room that they only clean the room once a week. I don't expect much, make the bed, provide clean towels and empty the trash. would not recommend.

Felt like an area I would not want to be alone. Hallways had a marijuana odor, lots of trash outside rooms. My Credit card was charged twice; they had to look into it and assured me they would remove the 2nd charge.
