Lokalizacja dobra, wyposażenie też. Dobra jakość do ceny.

Beznadziejny kontakt z właścicielem i sposób zameldowania. Nikt nie odpisuje, w sprawie rezerwacji. Za wszystko kary ,np 30 EUR jak nie segregujesz śmieci, tylko nikt nie zostawił worków. Jeden worek mały dla 4 osób przez 5 dni. Łóżko na dole masakra,zapadające się nie da rady na tym spać. Musieliśmy spać na podłodze. Brak czajnika, papieru toaletowego.

Check-in tutto online, un po' laborioso, da fare in anticipo ci sono parecchi dati da inserire ma tutto sommato comodo. Posizione ok, centro a 5-10 minuti.

Divano letto pessimo, ci sta un'adulto a mala pena, Lenzuola del divano completamenti assenti per fortuna ci sono state prestate da un parente che abita a Lecco. Comunicazioni con il gestore completamente assenti. Parti comuni rumorose anche a tarde ore. Parcheggio adiacente alla struttura ma spesso pieno Una finestra non si chiudeva e in generale entra troppa luce nella camera

"Awful check-in experience"

Nice bathroom

Staff didn't answer. We had a lot of trouble with the check in... They first sent an address and without notifying the assigned another one. If it wasn't for some other guests there we wouldn't have been able to stay. Nobody answered the phone nor the chatbot. The bed base was broken and the mattress was in a U-shape really uncomfortable for two people. We were three guests and the room was just prepared for 2.
