Le dimensioni e la posizione

Prenotato per tre persone mi sono trovata solo con un letto matrimoniale il divano letto era di dimensioni per un bambino. Lenzuola non fornite -telo bagno solo per due - asciugamano viso per uno.Host irraggiungibile contattato telefonicamente per due ore con circa 50 telefonate non ha mai risposto comunicato la mia problematica con watsupp (di fornirmi almeno lenzuola ed asciugamani) non ho avuto alcun riscontro . Inaccettabile non riuscire a trovare una persona con cui parlare. Esperienza negativa. Pagato per tre servizio per due

Infestazione di cimici

Sono stata punta nella camera 18 da questi insetti attenzione non andate in quella camera . Fanno malissimo prude di continuo . Sono scappata dopo due ore alle 00:00 senza possibilità di cambiare stanza o altra soluzione . Sono stata fortunata a stare così poco su quel divano se mi fossi addormentata mi sarei svegliata tutta bolle sul corpo . Sono dovunque sotto gli armadi e letti e nel divano sopratutto .

Clean, cozy, very clear and understandable instructions for check-in. The children would like to extend a special thanks for the TV being in our native language. It seems like a small thing, but it was very nice.

I can’t say anything bad

The only positive was the common patio area, which is decent, although you’re not really allowed to make noise.

I saw the rating was 6, but since we were only staying to sleep, I thought it wouldn’t be an issue — I was wrong. The check-in process is extremely confusing and excessive, with countless emails and repeated requests for documents and photos. Upon arrival, I received the apartment allocations (among many messages). Two were correct, but the third had no key and already had people inside, which was very stressful. I tried contacting support without initial success, and when I finally got through, I was treated in an unprofessional and arrogant manner, being told I should read the messages more carefully. There was indeed an “extra” message with a different apartment, sent among all the automated ones, but it was clearly a later correction and very easy to miss, given the volume of communication. Still, the situation was handled poorly, with no acknowledgement of their mistake. The apartments themselves are very basic and lack privacy (windows facing a shared patio). We ended up staying only one of the two nights we had booked due to the bad experience. I would not recommend it unless you have very low expectations.
