Did not try breakfast, but the hotel was clean, staff were accommodating, many thoughtful touches like shower and tub, and an upgraded bathroom.

"Avery comfotable and aesthetically pleasing hotel"

The hotel room was lovely. The reception areas were pretty. We were allowed to check out late and the staff were helpful. The gift shop was nice and not overpriced. We would be happy to stay again.

The onsen was sterile in appearance. Some ambient music and a few touches like lanterns or plants would have made it less like a swimmimg pool and more atmospheric. We missed having Japanese cuisine at the restaurant and missed some more vegan options at the sake bar.

peaceful and relaxing. Comfortable room and great breakfast selections. Always had a great night sleep after soaking to their onsen style pool.
