"Clean, calm ambience, and a lovely hotel for rest and relaxation."

The hotel was clean, had a very calm ambience. The Japanese style was really lovely. From the moment I walked in until I left I was relaxed. The staff were really friendly, the room was clean and very comfortable. I’ll definitely stay again!

The staff was sooo amazing. So very nice.

I should have read more about the place. I was looking for a place with a pool. It showed there was a pool but was unaware it was a 2 foot hot tub. And clothing optional. Lol. And it was male side and femaleside . But regardless, it was still very amazing. And loved the KOA pond in the hotel.

The shower was excellent! Room was nice and the bed was comfortable but we could have used a couple more pillows.

No room for toiletry bag on bathroom counter. Need more hooks in bathroom for hanging clothes/towels. We were told to ask for more towels if needed but since we had booked for 2 nights we shouldn't have to ask, there should just be enough in the room already. The ice chest - why? we had to try to chip ice every single time. Please consider getting an ice machine.
