Location was fabulous, central with a great view up the windy street from the balcony

We could not get the hot water to work (and could not find instructions) and the house was quite cold.

Do acesso ao anfitrião, uma empresa terceirizada que respondia com 24h de atraso. Casa muito fria e ar condicionado sem funcionar para aquecer. Chuveiro elétrico tb que nao funcionava. Pouca manta para aquecer

I contacted the property several times; and didn't receive one response. An outside light could have been turned on for our late arrival. Apparently a road was out, and the only transportation to Bellagio was via ferry; but the ferry was completely booked up. The water in the shower was luke warm. There was no heating as the air conditioner was broken. The bath tub plug was broken, therefore the bath didn't drain. The apartment still had rubbish from previous guests lying around in the bathroom and kitchen.

AC not working . Agent did not reply to my email. Fans in room but soooo noisy Our son slept downstairs on the couch with all the windows open . It would have been awful there when the temperature was over 30 degrees

Lokalizacja i wyglad apartamentu były ok.

Koszmarny kontakt z firma zarzadzajaca! NIe odpisywali na maile. Chcielismy dodać nowa osobe do apartamentu, ale nie było mozliwości kontaktu. Dzwonilismy wiele razy, pisałam maile, pisałam na czacie. W koncu potwierdzono taka mozliwość. Nie otrzymałam też wiadomości z informacja jak sie dostać do srodka. Plusem jest, ze w dniu przyjazdu, akurat firma odebrała telefon... Prosilismy o 5 osobowy aparatment, a tymczasem, miejsc do spania były tylko 4! 1 pokoj z dwoma łożkami, drugi pokoj z dużym łozkiem i jednym prześcieradłem. Na dole skórzana kanapa, nie rozkładana...nie przygotowana do spania. Dopiero po naszej prosbie nastepnego dnia przyniesiono posciel i reczniki. Ale nadal, spanie na kanapie nie było przyjemne i wygodne.

It was great and a convenient location to shopping and the upper tier of the city.

The directions to the facility could have been a bit clearer.

Location in the heart of Bellagio, 5mn from the ferry, parking 5mn walk

Very dark, beds are small and not very comfortable, pillows are thin and not comfortable

The location was absolutely amazing! It was a great amount of space, not crowded at all! Loved that it had a separate bathroom downstairs and upstairs. We did not have hot water at first and the management worked fast to get that fixed for us. Definitely worth the money! Highly recommend!

Beds could have been a little more comfy and a trash can could have been helpful, if I had to knit pick.
