Luxurious Home with Theatre Room

Nothing, Parking was taken over by bikers.

Roaches upon arrival, cleanliness, door lock opened all during the night, sink stopped up, chairs were filthy and smelly, master bed door lock wouldn't lock, 3rd bedroom lock was loose.

There is bedbug infestation.

I loved the space that the house offers. The rooms were all clean and excellent for what we needed.

The many stairs to get to each level.

Thr location was good. Spacious

The kitchen ceiling leaked over the stove. couldn't cook because of this matter. Talked to someone several times and was told maintenance would come out. No one ever came out. Orange chairs in sitting area were dirty, needs to be replaced. Killed several roaches in the house.

Loved the house and location

The house looked clean but it wasn't. Hair was in a couple showers, toilets wasn't cleaned,oven didn't work, remotes didn't have batteries,dead bugs on floors,one hot tub didn't work, ironing board was broken,iron leaked water,2 bar chairs were wobbly.

Great place to vacation! Definitely will return

They was very rude and wasn’t cooperative

I feel very uncomfortable the door couldn’t lock any and everybody could walk in when u not there are if you sleep it was dead roach all over the floor and counter

location and size style and amenities. Huge fridge. The price however, you could be getting so much more money a day out of this place your underpriced but with prehistoric roaches being seen and scaring my children in their beds you need to address immediately easy to book,

i renewed twice to stay longer and each time was charged a $300 cleaning fee and i will be disputing this. if i don't leave and no one came to clean i should not have to pay two more times large exceptionally huge roaches in home and pool area was trashed all over in bushes trash cans full trash on pool deck never cleaned , check in was at 4 and cleaners were there at 530 when we arrived and didn't leave until 7 floors were still filthy, furniture was moved around by previous guest and cleaners made no effort to place and clean under furniture. first day i was picking clothes out from under furniture and trash. kitchen cabinets not clean or the cooking supplies offered. There were only 3 glasses and they were alcohol glasses and didn't even match . microwave that is hanging didn't work had to walk trash to cans on the street that were so full you couldn't fit our trash. i suggest dumpster trash for units this size. It appeared the units are renting to normal travelers however it was very obvious families if staff for mine assuming the property management group were being given to them as a benefit as the employee and although one group was respectful and cleaned up after themselves one other especially was not . i had to wash the pool deck and furniture off myself and gather trash and broken pool toys myself to make the pool appealing to even cook out and be at. to be able to use the pool . never saw anyone come and net and clean the pool itself however one day after being there for 3-4 days the pool did appear cleaner. movie room was dirty like cup holders and chairs and projector itself was installed with burnt up paper bowls to adjust the projection on the screen which did not match the rich and newer ambiance the home was offering in most every other part .
