Easy parking, close for walking anywhere, beautiful view from the garden, we loved it

All was great!

The location was beautiful. The view from the windows and garden looked onto Lake como, with direct access from the living room and bedroom. Great space within the apartment. It is outside Bellagio centre, walkable, but you do need a good level of fitness. We had a car so this was perfect due to parking on site. Instructions for entry were clear for arrival. Very quiet.

The shower needs changing, it's's awful. At least the shower head. This is an easy fix and would elevate the apartment even further. Can see the shower has been talking point on the reviews at least since last year. Reported this along with small part of the mirror is broken and dampness in the bathroom due to the spray from shower. Not enough toilet paper supplied. Kitchen cleanliness isn't great and facilities/utensils are dated. Grass in garden could do with a cut.

The response from company was slow and frustrating sometimes Some facility item like the ironing table was not up to expectations Some ants in the room , no air condition and parking is tight

The view was spectacular. Nice apartment and spacious.

The walk to the apartment was uphill which could be difficult for some, especially after a long day. I found the location a little too remote. There were ants in our apartment. Communication with management was slow and inefficient.

Great apartment with an amazing view! Very clean, great location. Communication was easy and we had a parking space for our car.

We had only one toilet paper roll for 3 persons for 3 nights.

The view and size of the apartment is what the most value is coming from I suppose. The bed was really comfortable. The view was stunning. Good size of the kitchen.

We found crumbs on living room chairs where we didn't sit the first day we arrived, so that made me question the overall cleanness. Usually for such big of a place place I am used to seeing some basics in the kitchen cupboards, at least some fruit bowl would be nice, but there was no sugar, or basic spices, like pepper, the cupboards were totally empty, the tea bags were cheap, there wasn't enough of it and the capsules for Nespresso machine weren't Nespresso capsules.

What a cute place. It's quiet and has a lovely view of the lake. The rooms are big and clean. The washing machine was a bonus. Communication with the host was excellent. Wi-Fi was iffy, but I was on vacation so, I didn't care. Bring mosquito repellent for the garden.

Great location, well equipped and very clean.

We stayed for 3 nights but were only given one towel each. Would have liked at least a second bath towel each, but preferably one per day.

Loved having two separate rooms in terms of a bedroom and a living room. I didn’t mind the walk into town. I actually liked that we were separated from the crowds.

The bathroom shower head needs to be replaced. It sprays everywhere. The WiFi was a bit spotty too.
