Montegrappa Apartment by Wonderful Italy

Estaba muy limpio y tenía todos los utensilios para cocinar. Muy práctico al estar bien ubicado y la verdad que tocaron días fríos y el apartamento es calentito. La cama es grande y cómoda

Se oye mucho el ruido de la calle y al ser céntrico el sábado a la noche había mucho ruido a la hora de dormir. El edificio es muy antiguo y debe ser muy húmedo por qué tiene un olor desagradable al entrar aunque en el apartamento ya no se nota. Tuvimos problemas a la hora de tirar la basura por qué se necesita una tarjeta para abrir los contenedores y nunca encontramos esa tarjeta por el apartamento y tuvimos que pasear con la bolsa de basura por la ciudad. No me gustó el sistema de comunicación y check in que tiene la empresa. Me parece poco ágil.

The apartment was extremely spacious and clean. The location was absolutely amazing! Everything is a walkable distance! The host was very nice and gave us tons of recommendations for what to do and eat in Bologna! Such a comfortable stay!

Meeting up the get keys was efficient. The location was excellent although on a noisy street which is a problem for light sleepers (at least the bed was comfy). The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes... One big downside: The bathroom odor coming from the shower drain was, regrettably, very unpleasant and the bathroom needs some repair work. The living space should have a comfortable side chair so a couple can sit around the coffee table.

Perfect location, everything important is a few minutes' walk away. Lively neighbourhood. Mercato delle Erbe is a block away, recommended. Large rooms, comfortable beds.

Bit of bed smell in the bathroom, better leave the door open. Couldn't find out how to turn on the heating.

I appreciated that the owner took the time to come, meet and greet us upon arrival and hand over the keys, go over a few things in the house, etc. We were also allowed to leave our luggage earlier than the normal check-in time which was very nice of him. The property is great, located in an old palazzo, the apartment is large with a large and well-appointed kitchen (no microwave but we used the oven). The palazzo is situated almost in the centre of the city and so perfectly located to explore all of the city highlights. We absolutely loved the restaurant closest to the palazzo (I believe its name is also Montegrappa) and we had a few meals there. The apartment was clean and we felt safe.

We liked everything, felt comfortable staying in this apartment and I totally recommend it for your visit of beautiful Bologna.

Sehr hellhörig und durch die zentrale Lage auch abends/nachts laut, muffiger Geruch im Appartement.
