Montegrappa Apartment by Wonderful Italy

La ubicación es excepcional, en pleno centro. El apartamento es amplio y luminoso. La cocina está bien equipada. La cama es grande aunque el colchón demasiado blando para mi gusto

Eché en falta un microondas y una tostadora. El apartamento está muy bien pero necesitaría un poco de mantenimiento. Una capa de pintura le iría perfecto. La decoración podría estar mejor, los muebles son un poco "random"...

ΒΡΩΜΙΚΟ ΚΑΙ ΠΑΡΑΜΕΛΗΜΕΝΟ ΔΙΑΜΕΡΙΣΜΑ. ΠΡΟΒΛΗΜΑΤΙΚΟ ΚΛΙΜΑΤΙΣΤΙΚΟ ΥΠΝΟΔΩΜΑΤΙΟΥ ΜΕ ΑΚΑΘΑΡΙΣΤΑ ΦΙΛΤΡΑ ΚΑΙ ΣΕ ΠΟΛΥ ΚΑΚΗ ΘΕΣΗ. ΤΟ ΚΛΙΜΑΤΙΣΤΙΚΟ ΣΤΗΝ ΚΟΥΖΙΝΑ ΔΕΝ ΑΠΕΔΙΔΕ. ΣΠΑΣΜΕΝΑ ΕΠΙΠΛΑ, ΣΧΙΣΜΕΝΕΣ ΚΟΥΡΤΙΝΕΣ. ΕΝΑ ΧΑΡΤΙ ΥΓΕΙΑΣ ΓΙΑ ΟΧΤΩ ΜΕΡΕΣ, Ο ΚΑΦΕΣ ΠΟΛΥ ΚΑΚΗΣ ΠΟΙΟΤΗΤΑΣ. ΣΚΑΛΩΣΙΕΣ ΑΠΕΞΩ ΚΑΙ ΣΤΙΣ ΣΚΑΛΕΣ ΠΟΥ ΤΙΣ ΜΕΡΕΣ ΠΟΥ ΔΟΥΛΕΥΑΝ ΟΙ ΕΡΓΑΤΕΣ ΔΕΝ ΜΠΟΡΟΥΣΕΣ ΝΑ ΜΕΙΝΕΙΣ ΛΟΓΩ ΤΟΥ ΘΟΡΥΒΟΥ ΤΩΝ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΩΝ.

Right in the heart of Bologna, as a solo traveller I never felt unsafe

Was missing some items like laundry detergent, but was easy to replace with the nearby COOP

Everything about the apartment and the location were perfect, it is exactly what we needed.

The building is under construction, there are no blackout curtains and because the building is under construction the workers could see inside your bedroom and the sun in the morning. I was not at all in favor of this.

The apartment has an excellent location. It’s near everything you need to see around Bologna. Near the main square and has a lot of restaurants and bars around. It’s a very big apartment and has everything you need for your staying, even coffee machine and capsules. According to the smell in the bathroom like other mentioned, it was something that was happening just in some moments, but nothing to be unbearable. And i think the problem wasn’t with the bathroom but from the street down. The bedroom was very big, with air conditioner and a comfortable bed. They even checked us in earlier, something that helped us a lot the day of the arriving . I recommend this apartment for everyone that wants a central location and a big space Another plus, down the apartament its a great ice cream shop . 😃

A bit of noise in the morning cause the building was under construction. A problem for people that sleeps late, but for me not a big deal.

The apartment is in an excellent location, in a small street just off Piazza Maggiore.

The sofabed was uncomfortable- an IKEA clic clac hard as a rock. The drains smelled terrible, of sewage and rancid. The window blind was broken and unusable, hanging off by one corner The boiler was noisy, constantly switching on and off, making sleeping in the living room difficult, even with ear plugs I wrote to report all the above to Wonderful Itay' but only received a reply on the day we were leaving. I have stayed at several apartments in Bologna while visiting my son at Unibo and this was the most disappointing of all. The apartment is tired and a rather tatty.

Perfect location, the apartment is in the old city, just 20 min.walk from the main train station, very easy to locate.

Amazing apartment the staff super helpful and the location is perfect! Just a little problem with the boiler but was fixed in the same day!
