Nothing to like about this apartment!! It doesn’t look like in the photo!

The apartment is so dirty, very cold and uncomfortable . There is no door in the bedroom. Lock of kitchen utensils 1 fork and 2 small spoon are there. No trash bin, nothing! The heating doesn’t work well it freezing inside the house! The sounds of boiler is very loud that you couldn’t sleep at night. The bed linen has a stain. The toilet is broken and has an electrical wire out that needs a maintenance. You also need to pay an extra euro , FYI 3 euro per person per night for city tax which is not common when you booked an apartment and not included in the description. They will not provide a toilet paper! Toilet paper is from the previous guest left over and so disgusting. I really wanted to request a refund but I know bookingcom will not be my side. So when you booked this place good luck! This apartment should be banned.

Hi, First, we never met or saw the person incharge of this accomodation. Once we entered the unit, after 5 minutes of inspection we found the following: Toilet seat is broken and my daughter fell inside!! and no toilet paper or shower kit as promised. There's no door to the 2nd room (just gyprock under construction). No curtains on the windows and on one there's a mechanism for making shadow that is broken. The wardrobe's door in the 2nd room is broken to a point you can't really open the door. There's a leak in the sink and you cant even wash a cup. Dirty cuttleries ! With all the above we never ever got such a deep feeling of being poorly treated with no respect, that unit shouldn't be published on "Hotels.com" – it's a disgrace! We had to book another place to stay for the following two nights as we can't stay in this unit any second more than needed. More over the stuff on prem was very rude. After 12 hours, no one answered us, and toilet paper was still missing. Never ever n my whole life i was treated this way. Hotels and the owner never refunded us for the missing 2 nights , didnt even apoplogise !!

Hello! I liked the lovely and excellent service that I have been provided to from lovely people! The place was better than what I expected to be, considering the cheap and good price of it! I will for SURE go back there once!

I have stayed with my family and felt, safe, secure with friendly environment close to the city center. Great experiences!

The shower was a nice walk-in shower Airco in every room The small fridge even had a freezer. idea for the hot temperatures. The place was clean when we arrived Walking distance from the city center. Good beds.

There was no toilet paper when we arrived. Also no kitchen towels available. Some of the cooking pots did not work on the electric cooking plates.

With only 15 minute walk from Bologna centrale, the place is ideal. Withing half an hour walk you get to central Bologna abd its amazing buildings and gastronomy
