Location was good. Close to Bologna Fiera. Gated. Free parking on surrounding roads. Nice coffee shop down the road. No complaints!

I'm not one to complain, so I was pretty happy all round. Nothing I didn't like. I suppose if you are NOT a smoker, you may not enjoy the musty smell of smoke in the apartment.

- location, very close to the Bologne Central station and Pam big supermarket, relatively close to the city centre - Internet was quite stable and fast - the bed was ok - fast and responsive guys from the apt rental agency

- the apt was or still is in renovation - the toilet panel was down, the external blind in the kitchen didn’t work - the apt wasn’t clean enough in some places, e.g. the shower, the cutlery and plates - the apt was very cold, the heating wasn’t working well enough to keep the warmth inside during the night - would be nice to leave some basic stuff, like dishwashing liquid or soap in the bathroom, especially for guests who just gonna stay for a 2/3 nights

Unacceptable accommodation and living conditions, rude treatment. Our stay at this place started with 2 hours waiting for accommodation in the rainy and cold night. After a whole day of traveling we needed a warm place, food and toilet, but unfortunately we had to wait for the host to bring the keys. When we called him he told us first 20 minutes, after that time he sad 1 hour more, which was unacceptable. We tried to reach him after 30 minutes again and all of our numbers were blocked from him. We didn’t know if someone will come at all. When he finally came, we didn’t even here from him to apologize. In the corridor there were no light. One of the room was not unusable – the boiler and AC didn’t work, one pillow less. We had to sleep 10 people in room for 6, because we were frozen. The bathroom flooded and no cleaning supplies were even left. When we tried to ask the host for help by heating the room, he threatened us with mean dogs. No wi-fi, TV didn’t work, the tableware were dirty. Next morning part of the company moved to another hotel and paid a lot of money more. Such a rude, unorganized host shouldn’t keep offering accommodation. Our first night in Italy was terrifying and so, so cold. In conclusion we would like to be compensated for all this trouble we experienced... we want our money back.

missing toilet paper, leftovers from previous guests, not clean, lots of mosquitoes, noisy neighbours (I believe that it was the property administrators). I do not recommend.
