Апартаментът беше чист и имаше всичко необходимо за няколкодневен престой. Добро местоположение, близо до жп гарата. Центъра е на една приятна 15-20 минутна разходка разстояние.

Както вече писах, имаше всичко необходимо за прятно изкарване. Все пак, една кафе машина нямаше да е излишна.

Almost everything was perfect: The apartment was very clean and spacious, with a lot of storage room. The apartment was also very well equipped with kitchen utensils (including even scissors, corkscrew, tea towel, sponge, plenty of dishes of all types and sizes), an oven (we used it a lot), microwave, tea kettle (I used it to make coffee, as there is no coffee maker), full size fridge and freezer, washing machine (but you have to bring your own detergent). The towels were fantastic (very large and soft). The bed was comfortable, with nice soft sheets and a nice duvet. The apartment is a one bedroom apartment - it has a living room with a couch - we felt like home. The shower was excellent. It was easy to follow the check-in instructions once we followed the video - it was actually fun and exciting, like looking for clues. Unlike other peoples' experiences, we had no trouble with completing the form - it worked for us. The building is nice, clean and very secure. The location is excellent - 5 minutes (even less) to the train station (we took the train almost every day to visit other cities such as Parma, Modena, Ferrara, Ravenna, Rimini and also the Marconi Express monorail to go to the airport, so the proximity to the train station was extraordinary for us). The apartment is situated on the main street of the city, in walking distance to the city center; it is also close (on the same street) to a beautiful, quiet park which unfortunately we discovered on the last night before leaving - a few minutes walk. All in all, the accommodation was an important part of our great experience in Bologna.

The TV didn't work. There is no shelf or tray to place soap/shampoo/other toiletries in the shower, you have to place them on the floor of the shower.

La luce che entra in camera e gli inquilini o i vicini tanto di sopra che accanto .. urli e schiamazzi fino alle 2 di notte , chitarre che suonano e gente che urla … la struttura è centrale e pulitissima anche se la strada in cui è la sera ci sono immigrati che camminano anche ubriachi …

The apartment is very clean, everything corresponds to the description.

The owner adds two hidden fees - this disappointed us a lot: €70 when booking and €58 hidden fee during electronic check-in, which we had to do on the way - it was not convenient, although we did it. The apartment lacked hooks for outerwear and a door to the bedroom. If friends or colleagues are traveling, it is difficult to count on privacy. There was no washing powder, we had to bring our own from Ukraine after reading previous reviews.

Close to Railway & Bus station, whole inner city reachable by foot. Comfy bed and enough space.

Very sketchy checkin videos, should just have been a picture/map pdf. Whole room nauseatingly smelled like very strong cleaning products.
