It's a good enough place to stay when travelling. Secure parking. Clear instructions. Interesting location.

The mattress in one of the beds needs to be replaced.

Everything was perfect, from the welcome to our day of departure. Too bad the parking lot was full and we put the car on the street, but the area is very quiet.

Amazing view from the terrace, parking, spacious place! Good quality for that price!

Nothing at all! Stay away from this hotel!!!!! After one month the hostess doesn't answer in my messages!!!

The room clearly did not live up to the expectations created by the booking, and we feel not only was it not worth the money, but we were also deceived. We faced numerous issues that made our stay uncomfortable and exhausting. I had to spend time taking photos, videos, and sending messages to prove that all these issues were present when we entered and were not caused by us. Below is a list of the problems we faced: • To reach the hotel, we had to drive through a road full of water, not knowing if our car could pass, as it was nighttime. • The road outside the hotel was completely dark, making access difficult at night. • The parking exit button was far from the entrance, so someone had to hold the door open using the photocell until the car was out. • The lights on the stairs were not working, and I had to use my phone’s flashlight to open the lockbox and the door. • In one of the bathrooms, the faucets provided very little water, forcing all four of us to use the same bathroom for showers. • The kitchen faucet was dislodged and did not work properly. • We booked a room with a sea view, but the rooms were at the back, right next to the train tracks. Everybody wake up around 6.00 from noise. • At 1:00 AM, I had to confront the neighbors because they were making a lot of noise and preventing us from sleeping (they quieted down only after my intervention). • The bedside lamp in the first room was broken and did not turn on. • The door to the second bathroom did not close at all, offering no privacy. It is evident that the room has not received the proper care and maintenance. All these issues combined left us with the feeling that this stay was completely inadequate and far from the expectations we had and the money we pay!!!

Very clean property. Lift to get bags up to the room. Good parking facilities. Excellent communication from Christian. Lots of hanging / cupboard space. Walkable to the sea/restaurants. Friendly cleaners. Nice decor/bedding. Fridge and cooking facilities Not sure why people complain about the train. Didn’t hear a single train. Infact it was a quiet location . Perhaps some of the back rooms are near the train line? The ‘youths’ people have mentioned are there but they are just kids, they’re not intimidating in any way Near lovely cake/ice cream shop. Can also recommend restaurant that is on the pathway by the beach under a gazebo

BE AWARE: No breakfast or ‘beach’ access during some months. You need to check thier website for dates as they don’t mention this in booking.com. I think this should be updated rather than being advised after you book Only two glasses in the cupboard for a place that sleeps 4, no toaster. Couldn’t see any kettle. No chairs for the balcony so had to use kitchen chairs. Water ran out whilst 2nd person had a shower - so don’t flush the loo if you are going for a shower straight after. There’s a tank in the bathroom where the water must come in so it needs to refill. Safe is waiting for a locksmith so don’t bank on being able to use it Door to balcony doesn’t lock, though the outer shutter door does You need to drive through a small stream to get to the property which is ok, however if you aren’t in a car - wheeling suitcase across the makeshift bridge (scaffold boards and pallets) might be difficult, as would a push chair If you park in the car park you could get locked in. We rescued two people trapped in it as they drove in, the gates shut but they couldn’t see how to get out. There’s a piece of wood you can put over the sensor that will then keep the gate open whilst you park and get out again Mount Etna can be seen from hill locations rather than this area. Bus is nearby to get up into the more vibrant town area

There was nothing to like at Sirina House. It did have a good sun terrace, but the furniture there was broken

Advertised with breakfast but this offer withdrawn after accepting the booking. No mention of a railway outside, where every train passing could be heard. (we left at 6.00am) Paper thin walls. We could hear the full conversion from next door. Very scruffy. Intimidating youths hanging about on the corner. Not even a glass in the room, never mind other facilities.
