La insonorización, se escuchaba todo, parecía que dormíamos todos los huéspedes en la misma habitacion. El wifi en las habitaciones es muy limitado

Traditional Mexican home with an outdoor patio. The patio has been covered with a glass shield to protect from rain. All the rooms were updated nicely and the entire hotel was clean.

La atención del personal. El desayuno es bastante completo. La ubicación, a tres calles de la Catedral.

Las dos últimas noches, hubo mucho ruido de parte de los huéspedes de la habitación de al lado, ya que tenían el volumen de la TV muy alto. Nunca hubo llamado de atención de parte del responsable del turno.

Las instalaciones

El servicio de llamadas de confirmacion Pesimo ojala lo solucionen ojala esten mejor capacitados para Servicio telefonico independientemente de que mi numero sea de otra area de la Republica no puede ser que contesten de esa forma tan grosera poniendo en riesgo la reservacion y aun asi negandose a cancelar ..al final la estancia fue bueno ..quiza vuelva
