El trato vejatorio que sufrimos por parte del recepcionista de tarde, simplemente por pedir que nos proporcionara champú y gel de ducha, de los que no disponíamos en el baño, fue inaudito, denigrante y humillante. Amenazó incluso con llamar a la policía. Por ello, decidimos abandonar el hotel dos días antes de lo previsto (a pesar de haber pagado ya la totalidad de nuestra estancia). El establecimiento está lejos de cumplir los mínimos requisitos que asegura su pretendida categoría y precio. Hemos intentado comunicarnos con la gerencia del hotel (en persona y vía e.mail) sin resultado alguno.

Dart game played by kids very early or late at night. It’s was a constant loud sound one could not rest.

El personal de hotel super amable y flexible a peticiones de los huéspedes. Estuve a punto de cancelar y ellos tenían toda la disponibilidad para hacerlo sin cobrar cargos. El desayuno delicioso.

Que el agua de la regadera estaba tibia
