Casa Miravalle

Beautiful apartment, very stylish. The terrace is beautifully decorated and looks out over the park. The park is safe and fun, full of urban hipsters, happy dog walkers, friendly faces. So glad I stayed right in the heart of it all. If you’re looking for something quieter, stay a few blocks back.

The property doesn’t send the traditional ‘glad you booked with us, here’s how to check in email’ so I am glad I came when café was open, because the buzzer is unmarked (it’s the biggest one). But no worrIes, there is someone there 24/7 so you won’t have any trouble checking in. Loved the shower.

The noise levels made sleep difficult. Heavy construction next door (started early but at least it did end); road, sidewalk/people, and park noise (the dog walkers start early and the bongo players stay late) in front with no insulation

It was great that the property had a concierge but the instructions were a little unclear regarding how to access the unit. It turns out messaging the host was how they let you in. Love the location, perfectly situated across from the Parque de Mexico and quiet at night. Bed was comfortable. Shower was excellent.

Better instruction as to how to meet the concierge on arrival. It was quiet outside at night but there were inside noises that reverberated through the building when other guests arrived. Also the stove top did not work, but this was minor.

There was no breakfast

The location was perfect. Walk out your door right in the middle of Condesa. Across from dog park. ❤️ walking to restaurants.

No communication. The place is a little run down. For the high price you pay. Elevator is not operating like it should. People got stuck. Roof top could be so nice but it’s very run down😞

Location. Comfortable beds. Robes nice. Rooftop lovely. Maintenance staff kind and helpful. Relatively quiet. Showers good. Decor nice. Cool vibe.

Confusing light switches (bedroom light switch down the hall). Dishwasher broken and water leak. Host not responsive to messages after check in. Suite for eight but tight to get group in small living room. Second sofa in the hall … but away from everyone. Just a layout issue.
