Casa Miravalle

The place is spacious and has an excellent terrace. The location is excellent, close to many attractions and fantastic restaurants, cafes and especially the park. There is a fantastic cafe in the first floor of the building. Also 24/7 security guards. The property is well maintained.

The elevator was broken often, on and off every day. Inconvenient considering that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor. The staff were professional and helped us carry luggage up and down, as the elevator was broken when we arrived and the day we left.

Great location and beautiful rooftop. Laundry facilities were nice and accessible. Staff on site were always very friendly and helpful. Getting in and out of the building was convenient.

Check-in was quite confusing and there was poor communication from the hotel despite repeated requests for early check-in or bag drop off until room was ready. Upon checking in, the room was also quite different than advertised in photos and description (note: a double room does not mean there are two bedrooms for Casa Miravalle despite provided photos indicating such, it means a bedroom and a very uncomfortable sofa couch). Staff seemed surprised when they asked me how many people in our reservation when I arrived and I said the reservation was for 3 people, despite the reservation being for 3 people. As such, the room was not prepared for 3 people. The first floor apartment was quite loud in the evenings and mornings and the WiFi almost never worked in the apartment. Despite communicating these concerns to the hotel via the direct Whatsapp number and provided online Concierge website, responses were either never received or delayed to the point that they were no longer helpful. The room itself appeared clean but the couch that ended up being one of the beds during our stay was quite dirty and the tea kettle had previously been used to boil rice and never cleaned. There were very few outlets outside of the bedroom and those that were there were in odd and inconvenient places (i.e. not by the bathroom mirror but inside the toilet/shower area).

Great location. Very friendly staff. Went with a big group and it was perfect especially with the rooftop lounge area. Very spacious. Great value

Excellent location and comfortable apartments. A real gem!

Kitchen set up good. Wish there was some paper towels but full set up kitchen with utensils, mugs, plates. Staff was so nice, and helpful throughout the stay. Security at all times we were there which was assuring and always so welcoming.
