Not enough towels, blankets and baby items. 5 bedrooms and no baby items like highchair and bassinet. But for an extra charge?

Infelizmente os lençóis não estavam lavados . Ao dormir quando tirei o Hedredon de algumas camas , era muito visível que os lençóis não foram trocados e sim somente arrumado . Duas camas toda hora que deitava o estrado da cama sai do lugar , por fim minha ultima noite cansei de colocar estrado no lugar e dormi com a cada tipo quebrada . Reclamei mas fizeram pouco caso . Não volto lá por causa disso . Mas o resto foi bom . Penso que o cliente tem que ser tratado com consideração ao fazer uma reclamação, pois se nós que nos hospedamos se deixarmos algo fora do lugar ou quebrar algo , somos punidos pagando mais . Mas quando é do lado deles eles relutam e fazem de tudo com desculpas para não nos dar nem sequer uma pequenina parte do valor da casa . Ou outros mimos . Decepcionada com a equipe .

The wifi name that I was told for the house wasn't actually on the list of available networks, so I didn't have any wifi and my service wasn't the best in the house. I messaged the company running the rental at first and they asked which networks were available. I was at a convention so I told them I'd let them know when I got back that night. I sent screenshots of the available wifi networks with a text saying there are the available networks and never heard anything back. All the rooms.have ceiling fans that use remotes but I only saw two remotes for the fans for the five bedrooms and only one had a battery in it. So the master bedroom had the choice of light and fan on or light and fan off. There's no other way to adjust fan speed or whether it comes on or off with the light.

Espetacular casa em Orlando! Ela fica meio distante, e o comércio mais próximo está a mais ou menos 3 km. No entanto, vale cada centavo! A casa é novíssima, super moderna e bem decorada, tem tudo na cozinha para jantares e refeições maravilhosas! A piscina é muito gostosa, e as camas são confortáveis. A casa é entregue com um cheiro super acolhedor, e uma música ambiente em todos os cômodos! Experiência maravilhosa para uma família com 9 pessoas! Voltarei com certeza!

The size of the property was nice and the community. However there where a few issues with the property that we reached out to the property management company wonder vacation homes about such as the pool being very cloudy and the filter not working and they gave us the run around saying they would contact the pool company and have them come out and contact us. That did not happened the 3 days we were there. Very poor communication. The pool was one of the many reasons why we booked there. Also the furniture, such as the couch and the kitchen chairs are all stained. There was barely any hot water in the kitchen sink.overall I would not recommend this place. Very disappointing visit
