Gorgeous 4 Bedroom w Pool Close to Disney 920

I loved the pool and the kitchen

I didn’t like that everything was extra, which I never had to pay extra for a pool heater and bbq.

The location was good.

The house was really run down. Iron leaked and was dangerous, chair fell apart along with some blinds. Swimming pool was not maintained and broke, so was out of action for 2 days. Ceramic toilet roll holder fell out of wall as it was not fixed to the wall in a satisfactory Manor and smashed which meant my 5 year old son could not use the en suite and he was lucky not to cut himself. The fridge freezer water machine was disgusting and had mold all around it. Mentioned all these issues to the team and nothing apart from blind and chair was fixed. The pool finally was fixed on our last day! I also wnat to add that the garage was not available as the owners had two of their own vehicles stored there, so we paid for a facility that was not available. I asked for a partial refund for all the issues mentioned and also the fact that I spent half my holiday trying to resolve them. It's really not good enough and believe you should not have this property available for rent on your website as it also reflects poorly on yourselves and your brand.

I had a fantastic stay. On arrival, following a delayed flight. The property was amazingly clean and smelt fresh. It was lovely gated community with friendly staff and other guests. Wonder vacation homes have been excellent from booking to communication throughout my stay. I would 100% recommend then and the property. Once again, thank you for a fantastic time. We can't wait to return.

I can't fault anything it was very sad to leave this amazing villa.

good location

I paid for a heated pool and 3 out of 7 days of my stay the pool equipment was malfunctioning. I spent a lot of my time messaging the property about the pool issues. The property was advertised as having a game room however there was not a game room area as there were someone's personal vehicles (2) parked in the garage. The master bedroom bed was horrible. The bed sagged terribly, and the mattress topper did not make it any better.

Sadly the photos showed a pool table in the garage and there was two large cars in there instead and one on the drive . We did have some problems with toilet leaking and this was sorted quickly and on last day dampness in downstairs bedroom . The pool was never cleaned while we were there and the sofas sadly need updating very uncomfortable . There are alot of stains on the carpets but overall the house was very clean and it grit like home for the time we were there .

The pool was amazing. I spent majority of my time swimming. The community has plenty of walking areas around the lake.

The property was well maintained, it was huge, the en-suite bathrooms to each room was brilliant. The pool and the outside area were superb and the location with the lake behind was magical.

Only issue was we got charged for a “stained” cushion. There are about 100 cushions in the property, we looked after it like it was our own, it was immaculate when we left, so was disappointed they felt the need to deduct this money from us, especially with how well we looked after everything.
