Very nice and cozy apartment. Small, but you get all you need. Good place for a family with kids. There’s a swimming pool but open only 8 hours a day.

The AC on the first floor of the apartment is really necessary.

Op het boven terras lagen peuken , en ik kwam de trap op naar boven op ooghoogte krijg je zicht onder het bed en daar lag een partij stof ook op de balken.

The apartment itself and the location were good. The apartment was very nice, functional, cozy, and well-maintained.

Unfortunately, the management was a disappointment. First, the address listed on Booking.com is wrong. It leads to the middle of nowhere. The second address given took us to an empty gate. Only on the third attempt did we manage to find the apartment. Better communication could have easily avoided this hassle. The check-in was rushed, and the representative seemed eager to leave. Essential information about the apartment was missing. We had to ask if the water was drinkable (it wasn’t) and how to use the induction stove. These details should have been explained upfront. Additionally, there were no basic supplies in the apartment. No kitchen towels, no dishwashing liquid, and no basic condiments like oil, vinegar, or salt. This was frustrating since we had to buy everything for a short two-day stay. The agency was dismissive when we provided feedback. The "Fast Check-In" process was cumbersome. After filling out the form, we had to deal with a privacy policy and a contract full of potential fines, like €50 for not sorting trash properly. Finally, we were asked to leave the tourist tax in the apartment, which we did. But the next day, we received a message claiming we hadn't paid it. This was both unnecessary and irritating.
