The spa bathroom was out of the world! It was absolutely amazing

The location is very convenient, the place is nice and most important, very clean.

Very small room and there is some light on seeling and displays that we couldn't turn off at night. (Fridge and air conditioning) But despite that we had a very good night. Very comfortable and clean.

Great location and modern clean room:) Room is a bit small and noisy from outside, but generally recommend :)

Good location for getting to sights in the city. Modern and clean room, good check in process. Extremely helpful and responsive staff for questions about stay.

Jacuzzi bath not really useable- very slow filling water that also wasn’t warm… shower would also get cold randomly. Maybe good to share details about parking and ZTL in check in instructions.

Place is amazing. So close to everything and the room with the balcony with the view was everything. Loved it! Also love the shower in the room, it felt spacey.

The staff was very accessible. I needed an iron and it was delivered in my room. I met Eleonora, that is responsible for the cleaning, she does an amazing job!

Noisy street. The room is noisy all day, even though the windows are new. I've been told that Hibrido will find a solution for this.

A great location in Palermo able to walk everywhere. The room was clean and nice and check in and out was easy.

You could see into the shower from the bedroom and the bathroom was behind glass sliding doors so bear in mind this room does not have much privacy if you are booking.

Modern room, very good bad and fantastic, really huge shower. Location great as well, walking distance to everything

The room was very modern, very clean and with comfy beds. Fantastic location next the historical centre (just a couple of minutes walk)

Some noise can come from the cars outside since it’s next to a main road, but it did not disturb sleep.
