Hibrido

Located pretty close to the historic part of Palermo, so most of the sights such as Kalsa and Quattro Canti square and many others were within a 5-10 minute walk. It was a great deal for what we paid, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The room was somewhat small for 2 people but other than that I can't think of anything.

The jacuzzi is incredible and the location is amazing and also the staff is friendy

The bed is not comfortable, also it’s not a hotel hotel and the staff can only clean if you get out before 12 sometimes it’s a little bit hard and when they clean the floor is not that clean

The room was on perfect location near very vibrant square. It was very clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. Hosts were very kind and helpful.

The facilities have been nicely done up. The room and bathroom are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The staff are quite attentive. Eleonora and his brother do a great job maintaining the facilities and looking after the guests' needs.

Being on a main road makes the room notably noisy.

While there were aspects of the accommodation that met the standards of a good class hotel as the interior, I regret to say that my overall experience compels me to not recommend it for future travelers seeking peace and quiet or professional hospitality services. - The hotel's interior and rooms are well-appointed, aligning with good class hotel standards. - Friendly Italian lady who was available in the mornings

Noise Levels: Unfortunately, my stay was significantly disrupted by permanent and very loud street noise, persistent throughout both day and night. This made it challenging to relax or get a good night's sleep. Lack of Reception: The absence of a 24/7 reception desk or at least during the regular working hours was a drawback and it does not suit if in need of emergency assistance or expecting hotel-like hospitality. Check-In and Privacy Concerns: The check-in process raised serious privacy concerns for me. When arrived in the afternoon, there was nobody to let in. Then I’ve been told on the phone it’s an “online hotel” and despite the existence of an online check-in procedure through Booking.com and assurances of the platform customer service, I was asked to photograph my passport on the street and send it via WhatsApp, which I found to be highly unprofessional and careless regarding guest data privacy. This area was also not the safest, heightening my discomfort. Furthermore, the person sent to assist with the check-in could only communicate in Spanish and was about to use their private phone to photograph my passport despite my expressed concerns to the Hibrido service team on the phone. Also expressed a few times messaging via booking com to redirect my privacy and communicate via the platform. This disregard for guest privacy and security is alarming. Lastly, I had to wait for more than 24 hours after checking in to get WIFI password, and only after booking.com were able to reach the Hibrido service team after a few attempts.
