Great location, easy walk to waikiki

Room was a bit tired in fittings and fixtures

Location was very close to good shopping and good dining!!

The room could benefit from furniture repairs and a facelift.

Access to the condo was easy. The view was nice. The air conditioning worked well.

There was quite a few things that could have been better - The floor was very dirty when we came in, and the drapes had ripped linings which allowed a lot of light to get in and the pulls on the drapes were broken. The drain cover in the shower was loose and kept getting pushed out of the way and was sharp so that needs to be repaired. The shower head leaked profusely and we had to keep a washcloth over it to keep it from squirting out all over the place, so that needs repair. The bed is more like a "hideaway" bed and was not that comfortable. The hosts don't provide any toiletries so that needs to be called out. The towels had to be stored by the bed since there was no linen closet. The towels, the glasses, the coffee mugs all looked like hand me downs and the decor looks like it was a hodgepodge of furniture that did not go together. There were holes all over the walls where pictures or something had been up but not repaired. The bathroom was very small with no place to put our toiletries so we used the kitchen as our main bathroom. The iron was burned and the ironing board was broken and did not open. The refrigerator is rusting and needs repair. There is a safe - but the door and the access locking mechanism were missing so you could not use it. Overall for the cost of the stay we felt they could have provided better accommodations.

It was on a horrible location so load I couldn't sleep. By the time I returned home I was completely wiped out.

Staff were not helpful as we were in a private suite in the hotel We weren’t aware of this until we read the owner supplied booklet in the room Kettle needs a corded base not to kettle I received burns due to this out dated product

To the beach it is round 15 minutes walk

The location was close to everything we wanted to do. It was great to have the option to grill food on site. The building was beautiful and clean and the staff was friendly and very accommodating.

There was work being done on the elevators which caused a lot of delays
