Wyndham Vacation Resorts Royal Garden at Waikiki

Nothing about condo 2008. Bed was adequate.

1. Smelly and damp room. 2. Furniture old and decrepit. 3. Abysmal couch. 4. Torn curtains. 5. No soap and old mouldy shower. 6. No lanai.

Nice pool and sauna, free laundry, location fairly convenient for most places, lovely staff.

Nothing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Television reception was fine for those into streaming but I couldn't get the local stations.

Location too far away. I’ve stayed there before with my timeshare and the units were clean and well supplied. I came back the second time but no timeshare units were available. I booked through booking.com. The unit I got was awful. Late check in as unit was not ready. Only a few damp bath towels. No hand or face towels. Sofa bed had no pillow case or blankets. A few mismatched dishes. Two forks! Three cups. No glasses. No dish towels or paper towels. We were told to wash our own towels. The worst was the unit was not cleaned. The floor was fifty and dusty. My bedroom slippers were black on the bottom after walking on the floor for two days. One light was out in the bathroom. The drain stopped didn’t drain the water. Had to prop the stopper up with a spoon. The AC cords were half exposed as the cord was ripped.
