The owners were responsive to my questions and with the information on accessing the property.

If we had stayed longer we like to have more storage in the kitchen, but since it was just a short visit and we ate out, it was fine.

I liked the ability to use some of the resort amenities, the resort employees were friendly and helpful, and the location was close enough to the beach that we could walk there. The room came with pool towels, beach towels, and a few other beach toys.

They do not have their own parking lot/garage, so the options were to park on the street with restricted times, or pay the $50/day for valet. The bathroom was very small; there was only a standing shower stall that my 6' husband could barely fit in, the bathroom didn't have a working vent, and the bathroom door was not solid so you didn't have much privacy to conduct your business. The room didn't come with basic things like hand soap, or more than two washcloths, or plates to eat meals, so that was a little disappointing. The room did have a pull-out couch which was nice; however, one of the throw pillows has a tear in it, the couch bed pillows didn't have pillow cases, and the blankets had stains so we were hesitant to use it. Also, the curtains and a lamp shade had a few stains. Overall, the room met our needs, but we were left with the overall impression that the bare minimum effort was made and that there was a lack of attention-to-detail when preparing the room for guests.

It would have been nice to have better utensils . There were no large bowls or salad bowls ,and better fry pan would have been appreciated. Also there were no hand and kitchen towels . I bought a couple and left them. Other than that great vacation and facility . I would certainly book again . Thank you !

I like the pool area

So many things are wrong with this place I don't even know where to start! There were rips on the sheets. A big yellow stains on the comforter and I found a large black hair on the sheets. Rips in the non matching curtains. The 4 cushions provided for the wobbly dining room table are old and ripped. No dish cloth provided, no cork screw,no containers no teaspoons. The two burner plate worked poorly and set off the fire alarm no matter what you cooked. The toaster would set it off as well. None of the drawers work so no where to put your clothing. The wall behind the garbage pail was filthy. The 3 utensil drawers all had food crumbs in them When I contacted the property vacation rental property they said they would bring a comforter and clean drawers out...no body showed up! We had to buy our own bedding. This unit is in the Wyndham royal garden but is not apart of the Wyndham so cannot use owners lounge. No late check out available and cleaning lady was sitting outside our door at 11am sharp when we were to check out. I stayed at many places in waikiki and this place was the worse!! I have sent pictures of everything to the vacation rental company and no response!!!!

Views, pool, comfortable bed.

The balcony is too narrow to use because there are no small chairs. Needs a low table with small chairs.

Place old . Needs a upgrade. Host not good . Very limited no wifi access.not courtesy.

Great location. Great room. The pool and grassy outside area was lovely and all the other guests were friendly when sat around the pool. It was never too busy for us to get a spot and there's lot of shade for the sun.

The only thing it could do with is some proper outdoor cover as it rained often. Never hard, but often.

Spent a week at this property with my 15-year-old son and we had a wonderful time. I am actually hoping to repeat this trip next summer and hope to stay in this unit again. It was small but efficient and perfect for us. I slept in the bed and my son was perfectly comfortable on the couch. The property is well-appointed and located walking distance to Waikiki beach and plenty of other attractions, in a clean, safe, comfortable neighborhood, and we absolutely loved it. The lobby is also beautiful and walking into the building after the stress of traveling was lovely. Can't say enough wonderful things about this place! We'll be back!
