the rooms were comfortable

we were unable to get a refund for one night when our original flight date was delayed a day. However we could access the rooms from early morning and didn't have to wait for a 4 pm check in.

The location was fairly close to the river which had a walkway along the embankment. We walked to various places such as the beach and Alo Moana Shopping Centre (about 2 kms). At other times we were able to make use of Uber and Lyft to take us further afield. Our room was spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. Having a free guests' laundry room available was a bonus. The washing machines and dryers were compact and had a variety of heat and/or time settings. The Reception Staff were very helpful.

We very much liked the accommodations, the pool area. Very grateful that we were able to have a late checkout.

Would have liked to sit by the pool area a little longer than 10:00 pm.

The location was not too bad. You can walk to lots of bars and restaurants. The beach is a pretty good hike. The hotel looks good from the outside and pool was heated. Lobby was fancy and staff were pleasant.

We were a group of 8 and rented 4 rooms. Our room 1909 was the most dated of the 4 rooms. Our unit had bare minimum of utensils and one wine glass and very few old dishes and glasses. Other units had nice wallpaper while ours was dirty plastered walls without one picture. This unit needs a update and makeover. Old furniture and cheap mattress

The place was nice and clean. The kitchenette was perfect for what we needed. We had a good view of the city and the canal. We were just blocks from the beach. We were close to all the pick-up spots for the tours we took. Over all it was great.

I didn't like the bathroom door. The light shines right through it and wakes up the person sleeping in the bed next to the door.
