Vybavení pokoje - nedostatečné úložné prostory. Tak pro jednu osobu na 2dny… Slabší výběr u snídaňového menu, prakticky nulová znalost angličtiny u snídaňového personálu.

The room was spacious, the beds really very comfortable, the shower was excellent and it had everything that we needed, Oh and the location is hard to beat.

Tough to quickly make a decent cup of tea.

staff attitude: they charged me almost fhe same rate on top, just for checkin in early. Not very welcoming for a World Cup Host!

This is definitely a gem of a hotel in Historico Centro! Everything was brand new, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, from heating up our popcorn to helping us get our bags to the taxi when we were leaving, which was about a block away due to an ongoing protest that was happening along Cinco de Mayo Street. The breakfast that we opted to include was fantastic, and they restocked our refrigerator with free snacks and drinks every day, which was a small gesture but made a huge difference. Highly recommend the suite Bellas des Artes with its amazing bathtub and high ceilings, but any room here will be well worth the price.

This is not at all the fault of the hotel, but there was unfortunately a teacher protest happening the week we visited, so the whole street in front of the hotel was full of tents and tarps, but they went above and beyond to make sure it didn't pose any inconveniences to us.

Spacious and beautiful room, super clean, comfortable bed, staff was super nice and provided us extra water when we were waiting for check in.

Shower was too weak, and water comes out of the shower too easily as there is no way to close the shower area. Room is very dark at night and additional lights will be good
