Das Hotel ist ein wunderschönes altes Gebäude

Während unseres Aufenthalt war vor dem Hotel ein Protestlager mit Zelten. Man konnte das Hotel nicht verlassen und auch nicht sicher erreichen. Das Hotel hat keine Kommunikation oder Kompensation angeboten. Das Hotelpersonal und Management hatte kein Verständnis für unser Unwohlsein.

Todo muy bien, ubicación, cómodo, y que está remodelado totalmente.

If you can make it alive through the homeless encampment to your room the rooms are quiet.

The location is usually convenient but the property operated during a homeless encampment / protest outside without notifying anyone with reservations. The facility while fairly new is suffering from poor maintenance compounded by uncaring staff who’d rather have customers swelter in uncomfortable rooms while gaslighting about the broken AC. I thought it was especially telling that the only management response to the street situation was to plug their restaurant which appeared deserted, probably for a good reason. The staff is friendly and tries their best but they clearly have directions from the top to do as little as possible to help guests. And while many hotels have switched to soap and shampoo dispensers this property continues the theme of broken and nonfunctional items to the point where you’re better off bringing your own supplies. The hard sell of the taxi service as we were leaving was on brand. Clearly it’s all about the dinero with this hotel. Lots of other places to stay so avoid this place.

Ubicación y personal

The property is new and the facilities are beautiful, everything is clean and they provide toiletries

The AC in my room was not working we reported it to the front desk and they said they would come and check but there was no change. At the end of my stay when I was going to check out one of the front desk receptionist was rude and sarcastic when I asked about my taxi for the airport

Buena ubicación, staff amigable, restaurante y alimentos muy buenos, sobre todo el desayuno.

Lamentablemente hemos tenido que lidiar con algunas incomodidades causadas por una protesta ciudadana que bloqueó gran parte de las calles principales de la zona y esto sin duda afectó nuestra experiencia a la hora de salir a pasear; aún así pero recomiendo el hotel que de verdad es muy bonito.

Sono capitata davanti a una tendopoli. Era impossibile accedere con il taxi davanti all hotel perché la strada era bloccata e davanti all’hotel c’erano centinaia di tende di manifestanti. Nessuno mi aveva avvertita di questo evento altrimenti non avrei mai prenotato.
