El servicio fue excelente y Kenia fue muy amable, con una excelente actitud y resolvió nuestras solicitudes muy rápido. La propiedad es hermosa, los cuartos muy bonitos y el restaurante delicioso. La ubicación inmejorable, silenciosa y cómoda. Muchas gracias

El personal es muy amable, pero como todo hotel boutique no tiene muchas cosas, porque no sería rentable. La calle donde está es muy ruidosa y nos pusieron en un primer piso, así que se oía absolutamente todo lo que pasaba afuera. Y me di cuenta desde que entré y vi los tapones de oídos. Todo está puesto al revés, desde la manija de la puerta de la habitación (abre hacia arriba), las llaves se abren en sentido contrario a como deben, la regadera tiene el agua caliente donde la fría, cierras para donde deberías abrir etc. Solo hay un colgador en el baño. El aire acondicionado tiene una rejilla de madera por estética me imagino, pero se ve la luz toda la noche. Se preocuparon más por el estilo que por la función, en resumen. El coche tarda en llegar, ya que se ve que estacionan lejos y aunque te preguntan a qué hora lo quieres, tarda. Nuestra estancia estuvo bien, pero siento que para el precio no obtienes lo que deberías. La ubicación es excelente, estas cerca de todo y eso sí es muy conveniente. No volvería. Pero la gente es linda y amable.

Hotel com ótima localização, limpeza excelente e o café da manhã estava muito bom =) Os funcionários são bastante simpáticos e prestativos. Adoramos!

Beautiful hotel, amazing location, friendly staff. Cannot recommend it enough! Exceeded expectations! We didn't try the breakfast that's included, but the café downstairs is pretty good.

Valet takes like 25 mins to get your car.

Well, where can I start? This place was phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, Kenia (at reception) was extremely sweet, courteous, and polite. She took us to the rooftop where we were to take our breakfast every morning, as it was included with our stay. The room and the hotel were great. The amenities and the rooms were extremely clean, and the smell you get the moment you walk into the room was so pleasant that you relaxed right away. I will extremely definitely stay there again in a heartbeat. Our next trip will be with our girls, and we will stay at the same hotel for sure. I guess the only negative was that our room did not include a safe, but the people there are honest, but saying that, I will overlook that and stay there again. Our morning server at the restaurant was Lupita; she was extremely nice and a hard worker. She made our morning breakfast unforgettable. I will definitely recommend this hotel in San Miguel de Allende and stay there again.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Staff was wonderful. The rooms are lovely, my one small complaint is that my room had no windows to the outside so it was pretty dark in the room and bathroom.

Property was great and clean but the staff didn’t seem to have synchrony with one another. Even when we’d ask for a bottle of water, they had to pager others and at times would get it wrong and we’d be sent to the 4th floor restaurant to get a bottle of water. I think it’s pretty basic to keep some water by the front desk.
