Good location off the main road. Clean and comfortable. Good value for the money.

It's Mexico, so there will be barking dogs and roosters crowing.

La habitación que nos tocó tenía muy mal olor en el baño, olía mucho a húmedad y demostraba tener poca limpieza, pero lo realmente malo es que las almohadas de la cama apestan horrible a sucio y a humedad, el dormir no es algo ameno por el mal holor del lugar. Honestamente no me sentí a gusto con la habitación a pesar de estar solo una noche.

Accessible location and not too far from the beach if you're mobile by car or motorcycle. The room was private and met my needs perfectly. Shower had hot and cold water, (rare for Puerto) and the AC and WiFi worked well.

Common area doesn't look like the pictures, and was much less inviting in person, so I mainly stayed in my room or headed back to the beach for a local cafe for a place to sit down. When checking out, one of the workers was uncooperative while trying to charge me a fee for a stained bedsheet. Felt like I was ripped off but couldn't be bothered with negotiating, so I paid and left.

The location was really quiet, located at the end of a small road. The price quality relation was good. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms also have hot showers and air conditioning. The owner was not always there but quick to help via whatsapp. You could also get breakfast at an extra cost. I liked it so much that I stayed several nights longer.

Some rooms don't have a window and smelled a bit like mold. Also others are a bit dark and no desk or chair. Also a bedside lamp would have been nice.

This was a beautiful stay and alan and the staff were really cool and it was overall an amazing vibe. You can see the beach from the top floor and theres such beautiful common areas that are relaxing and extremely quiet and peaceful. When we return to escondido we will definetly be staying again.

good location and price

No kitchen. Our room was a bit stuffy and dark, but it was the ground floor one. Also beware that there’s another street with the same name in Puerto Escondido very far from this location. the address on Booking.com sent us there though google maps. it added about 40 minutes of driving and we ended up in a scetchy neighborhood.

Really small room and weird staff..
