It was comfortable and the staff was really helpful and had a cute puppy hahaha. Street food is close like 5 mins away. And another good taco place was like 10 mins away. We liked it here. And they are still going working on improving.

There were construction work going on at our moment so it was a little loud. And it didn’t happen but after I stepped out of the shower I as a tall man could see out of the window that they were working. So one bad guy could have watched me or my girlfriend. Idea to have a curtain for the bathroom ;) There was a strange smell in the room. It’s 15 min by foot to the beach.

Good location walking to La Punta and nearby cafes. Small/basic room yet cozy and everything needed for a short stay!

A little hands off for check-in, but worked out fine! The small cafe there wasn't open and very basic/limited amenities. Room a bit dark and tight but can't complain for the price - overall a worthwhile stay, thank you!

Comfortable bed. Airconditioned.

No access to a fridge, not even in common area.

There is no front desk. When we arrived we noticed our room had no window, just a small opening in the bathroom. We spoke to the man in charge of cleaning who gave us the contact of the owner. We spoke over phone and he agreed to find a way to fit us in a room with windows. We slept the first night there and woke up at 7:30am with loud noises from the construction just next to our room. We proceeded to cancel with help from Expedia and we were hoping to be reimbursed for the next nights. We spoke to the owner over phone and agreed to continue through them. At the end he refused to follow through with the cancellation and kept the money. We found another place. When we called back he said that he had been waiting with an option and that Expedia wouldn't let him cancel. Getting money back for nights you didn't spend is quite standard for hotels and hostels alike. The place is rustic, not in a romantic way. The kitchen outside had no running water and many insects, plus trash from other guests laid there. The room was simply correct but not even charging less for no windows seems rapacious. For the price you can definitely find better.

A/C, hammocks, value for money, staff.

Kitchen area could be improved in terms of some cups, kettle and a cleaning. But for the price we really didn’t mind!.

Good location near La Punta. Shops just over the road and collectivos to get into town. Good air con, which is necessary as it's so hot in PE! Nice terrace area outside rooms with chairs and hammocks. Nice, friendly staff
