Wonderful stay! Deborah at the front desk was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always very helpful. The accommodation was kept clean and tidy and well maintained. The shared kitchen was clean, well equipped, and convenient to use. The location is excellent, just minutes from the town square, beach, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The location was good in the sense it was virtually downtown but quite noisy due to a major highway 1/2 a block away. Staff were super nice and welcoming. Lots of water and hot : )

Two major issues. The bed was in a loft. The very steep ladder (and very high due to 10' ceilings) was not fun for a 68 year old woman to climb. This was NOT listed in the notice! Also, WiFi was only available in the common room/kitchen. With no TV in the rooms, I was forced to read books. I brought my iPad specifically to watch Netflixs etc. Please note my bed was very firm...

Le bruit du moteur de la pompe à eau incessant, la nuit cela fini par être insupportable et c'est bien dommage car nous avons adoré cet hôtel, mais le bruit de la pompe gâche vraiment tout.

It's right at the beginning of town, shops, restaurants, everything! A 4 minute walk to the beach! We were lucky to meet the beautiful Deborah upon arrival, so kind and peaceful. Ricardo was also there with all his friendly knowledge of the area. You can go to the great martket close by and get food there to bring back or explore the restaurants and cafes. A great way to end our vacation in the Riviera Maya.

I was in PM 12 years ago and thought of retirement there, it had building height restrictions...but as we came in this time I was saddened to see alot of taller buildings up and under construction. Oh well, nothing lasts forever, right. Still a great safe seaside town to stop at, or stay and enjoy.

Es war alles da um mich wohl zu fühlen. Es war sehr sauber, das Bett bequem, die Lage perfekt und das Personal so herzlich. Ich habe sehr entspannen können. Danke für alles ich empfehle Casa Puerto Morelos gerne weiter.

I liked everything but I would like to suggest a couple of improvements that I believe would make my experience even better. The shower drains do not drain and flood the bathroom floor. A squeegee was provided but wasn’t enough to keep the water controlled. The firmness of the mattress is harmful and caused quite a bit of pain to my hips. I realize a firm mattress is normal in Mexico but this one totally reduced the comfort I was expecting for a good night’s sleep. This is a very serious consideration for my future stays at Casa Puerto Morelos. As a special consideration I would like to see a small personal refrigerator put in the Pelican Suite. It would add so much to the convenience of having the suite and would also be a huge deciding factor in staying at CPM in the future. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the front desk staff who were perfect examples of hospitality and helpfulness that every hotel should offer to their guests. Thank you for a wonderful experience in the beautiful city of PM. This is my 18th visit to PM so my comments come from knowledge of many other properties and the expected tourist accommodations.
